JumpCloud Go enables passwordless login to JumpCloud-protected web resources on your managed device. Other than initial registration, you won\u2019t need to enter your email, password, and MFA every time you access your resources. Instead, verify your identity with your device password or your device authenticator every 12 hours (Apple Touch ID or Windows Hello).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prerequisites<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Considerations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The first time you use JumpCloud Go, you\u2019ll have to register your device by clicking Log in with JumpCloud Go<\/strong>. The registration flow is a traditional user portal login using your company email address and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p><\/div> Here’s a guided tutorial: Using JumpCloud Go<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n After you\u2019ve registered JumpCloud Go, you\u2019ll have seamless and secure access to all of your JumpCloud-managed resources for 12 hours. Every 12 hours, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity using your device authenticator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you’re using a macOS or Windows device and you’ve configured for biometric authentication, you can complete user verification with these authenticators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p><\/div> If you’re using a Linux device or you haven’t configured biometrics on your macOS or Windows device, you\u2019ll need to enter your device password to verify your identity with JumpCloud Go.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n <\/p><\/div> Clicking Log Out<\/strong> in the User Portal invalidates your JumpCloud Go token and forces you to register again with a traditional password flow.
